Lakewood Ranch / Manatee and Sarasota counties
Make the details easy to check before a customer calls.
Lakewood Ranch is a community in both Manatee and Sarasota counties. A single county label can leave your coverage unclear. Name the neighborhoods you serve and explain any limits on travel or scheduling.

A pool-service site can show the recurring service checklist, explain how a new customer starts and separate routine care from repair inquiries.

A community the size of a city
Lakewood Ranch describes itself as a 35,000-plus-acre master-planned community in Manatee and Sarasota counties, home to more than 80,000 residents and 2,645 businesses. It is large enough that “Lakewood Ranch” alone doesn’t tell a customer whether you serve their part of it.
Lakewood Ranch is organized into named villages and neighborhoods. Customers know which one they live in. If your route covers some and not others, list them by name.
Two counties, one customer
Because the community crosses the county line, a customer may not know, or care, which county they are in. Your site should work for both. If county rules affect your work, such as permits or the Sarasota County fertilizer season, explain it in plain terms rather than assuming the customer knows. Newer communities also tend to have homeowner association rules about vehicles, signs and work hours. If you know how to work within them, say so.
