01 / The problem to solve
What the page needed to do.
Jaci Brumble holds an M.S. in Horticulture and works with tropical plants in a botanical garden collection. That expertise is the whole product, and none of it shows up in a one-line Google listing.
In-home plant care is also a service people don’t know to search for. Most visitors arrive with a symptom (yellow leaves, pests, a plant that won’t stop dropping), not a business name. And because the work happens inside the customer’s home, trust has to be earned before anyone books.
02 / The approach
What the work focused on.
A site that leads with the person: her credentials, insurance and the fact that she’s local to Nokomis, stated in the first screen.
Symptom-first entry points: a free Plant Diagnosis Quiz, a Plant Problem Library and a “send a photo of your plant” path, so a worried plant owner has somewhere to start that isn’t a sales call.
Four service tiers with prices published up front, from a $65 virtual consult to a $1,995 whole-property program, plus a free 15-minute discovery call.
A product catalog alongside the service information.
