01 / The problem to solve
What the page needed to do.
A contracting officer evaluating a vendor isn’t looking for a slogan. They want to know, quickly, what the company does, where it operates, whether it’s registered, and how to get a capability statement.
Most small facility companies bury that under a homepage written for homeowners, which makes them look unprepared for public-sector work.
02 / The approach
What the work focused on.
A procurement-first structure: a “Procurement at a glance” panel for SAM.gov, UEI, CAGE and NAICS details sits on the homepage, ready to fill in as registrations come through.
Seven clearly separated service lines, from facility maintenance and custodial work to storm recovery support and move coordination.
A capability statement request as the main call to action, plus a Contracting page and a Capabilities & Compliance page written for buyers.
A restrained, institutional look that reads as dependable rather than flashy.
